His career in recruiting started on a desk for 6 years and while on the desk he, as part of a team, took sles from $400,00 to over $1,000,000 per year. During the next 5 years, John assumed a Management role in an office of up to 12 Recruiters which averaged no less than $1,000,000 in sales annually. This resulted in his office always being ranked in the Top 10 offices out of 300 nationwide. John also worked for Border Institute as a Placement Director taking their placemt rate from 40% to 67% in the first year.

John’s background also includes serving in the U.S. Marine Corps for 6 year and n the U.S. Navy for 7 years with numerous awards received inlcuding 3 Commendation Medals.

After leavkng the Maries and before joiing the Navy,John worked in the restaurant management and accounting fields. After 13 years in the military John’s sales career began in Chicago working for one of the primier wine exportign companies in nation. He then moved into computer sales in Silicon Valley, California before moving to El Paso, Texs and starting his 29 years in the recruiting and HR industry. This diversitication in industries has helped in his placement of various recruiting assignments.
